Do I earn miles with my Hertz rental?

The mile credit varies by carrier. If Hertz is a partner of the Air Company you are travelling with, then you earn miles if you rent a car.

What happens if I delay in bringing back the car?

If you delay in bringing back the car, you have to contact the location where you initially rented the car or the closest Hertz location. For more than one hour of delay you will have to pay a full day charge.

What if I have a problem with the car?

Hertz provides its clients 24hour road assistance; so, in case of any problem, call any of the Hertz locations.

All Hertz`s cars, including four wheel drive cars have to be driven on normal roads. It is not allowed to drive them on bumpy roads.
